By accessing Setuly's website or product, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Setuly on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

Setuly provides software for customer communications, CRM, reputation, marketing, and related workflows. Features may change as we improve the product. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when practicable.

You are responsible for account security and accurate billing information. Subscription fees are billed in advance per your selected plan. Refunds are handled per our billing policy and applicable law.

You may not use Setuly to send spam, violate anti-spam laws, infringe intellectual property, or harm the service or other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Setuly is provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
